1. What types of payment do you take?

We accept payment with the 4 major Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card). You can also pay with PayPal or Google Checkout.

2. How do you ship the product?

We understand that when you order a product online, you want to receive it as soon as possible. That’s why we include priority handling in every order, free of charge. All orders ship via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation to make sure you receive it. All packages are discreetly shipped with no indication of what product is inside. If your order requires special attention or directions for delivery, simply contact our customer service department at service@fixafungus.com prior to placing your order and speak with a qualified representative.

3. How long does it take to receive our products?

All orders are shipped USPS priority mail and should take 4 to 5 business days from the date of order to arrive.

4. How can I track my order?

Once you place an order with us you will receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email within 1 to 2 business days. Please allow up to 3 businesses for tracking status to appear in our system.

You may return any item purchased from us for any reason within sixty (60) days of your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price plus an extra 10% just for trying it. 6. I have a pre-existing medical issue and take a prescription medication. Is it safe for me to use FixaFungus products?

More than likely, a person taking prescription medications will be perfectly safe also treating any external fungal infection with FixaFungus products. However, we do not provide medical advice and strongly suggest that any customer who is taking additional prescription medications consult with your physician or a qualified medical professional prior to beginning a course of treatment with FixaFungus products.

7. Is it OK to use FixaFungus while pregnant or nursing?

FixaFungus products are formulated to be applied topically for external use only and as such are safe to use for mothers who are trying to become pregnant, currently pregnant or breastfeeding.

8. Are FixaFungus products safe for children?

As with many other products, there is limited experience regarding use on children and studies on children using FixaFungus products have not been conducted. Thus we recommend careful use and strongly encourage consulting your doctor first. In no case do we recommend the use of FixaFungus products by children under the age of 2 years old.
